The Virgin Active Club is situated 1 mile from the Quality Hotel Northampton in Riverside Park.

On leaving the hotel, head for the main road (A4500), on reaching (A4500) turn left, proceed through both sets of traffic lights. At roundabout follow signs for M1/A45, proceed along dual carriageway. At 2nd roundabout take 3rd exit. At 3rd roundabout take 1st exit, Virgin Active is located on the right hand side.
